EXT LCE.0010 - Grow Your Facilitation Skills
Description
Registration opens August 26.
Are you new to leading meetings? Do you want to be a better facilitator and a better meeting participant? If yes, our four-part series on growing your facilitation skills is for you!
Offered online, each 90-minute session builds on the previous session content and will engage you with tools and perspectives for facilitating both in person and online meetings. Sessions will not be recorded.
Participants will access the course via Zoom from 10:30 a.m. to noon CST on the following dates:
Session 1 (October 8): Designing Good Meetings
Session 2 (October 15): Facilitation Mindset and Skillset
Session 3 (October 22): Tools to Facilitate Engagement
Session 4 (October 29): Handling Facilitation Challenges
To receive a certificate of completion, you must attend all four sessions and complete a Personal Action Plan.
Cost
This course is offered using a pay-what-you-can pricing model. Choose the rate (tuition profile) that works best for you and/or your organization:
- $120 - I have a professional development budget, and want to use those funds to learn via this course.
- $60 - I do not have a professional development budget, and want to invest personal funds to grow my facilitation skills.
- $20 - I want to learn more about facilitation, and appreciate that this nominal fee is an option.
