Log in using your existing account information.
If you have not used your guest account or University alumni account in the past 90 days, the password is likely expired or the account has gone inactive and will need to be reactivated. Follow the steps below to reactivate your account:
1. Reset your password.
Vist my-account.umn.edu/forgot-password and follow the steps to reset your password. If you receive an error, or that does not give you access to your profile, continue to step 2 below.
2. Reactivate your account.
Contact University Tech Support at 612-301-4357 or HELP@umn.edu. Request to have your "Guest account activated."
3. Return to this page to log-in and register.
