For aspiring facilitators working with either community-based or government agencies offering restorative dialogue services. Along with a solid introduction to restorative justice, interactive learning and role playing allows participants to learn and practice how to facilitate basic diversion or court-referred cases involving both youth and adult offenders, victimized parties, family members, and support people. Emphasis is on good preparation, and how in joint meetings the facilitators learn to get out of the way of empowered, heart-felt, party-to-party conversation. *Participants will receive a certificate upon completion of the 15-hour training*
