Description

The Certificate Program for Leading Equity and Inclusion in Business (CLEIB Program) is designed to empower business professionals and leaders with the skills and leadership capabilities needed to develop and manage Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategies and initiatives within organizational settings. Developed by the Labovitz School of Business and Economics at University of Minnesota - Duluth, this innovative workshop series is centered on the practical integration of DEI principles into daily business operations. Instead of merely addressing the "what" and "why" of DEI, these workshops focus on guiding managers and professionals on the "how" of incorporating DEI into their day-to-day activities. Our program offers workshops tailored to specific functional areas, including marketing, finance, human resources, healthcare, operations, and more. Participants will receive specific toolkits to support them in achieving their organization's DEI objectives.
