Panelists Dr. Keshia Pollack, Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health; Dr. Edward Ehlinger, Minnesota Department of Health; and Kate Hess Pace, ISAIAH, explain the role of community organizing in eliminating health disparities, the role of policy in addressing the social determinants of health, the role working across disciplines has in building momentum for structural change to benefit community health, and discuss how a Health in All Policies approach can promote health equity in this event that was recorded live at the University of Minnesota on April 10, 2015.
