Discover how leveraging AI tools can accelerate story creation and make them more effective, while maintaining the human conversation that makes Agile work. You'll practice with real examples, use AI tools, and leave with templates and prompts you can use Monday morning.

Following this course, you will be able to:

  • write user stories to be Independent, Negotiable, Valuable, Estimable, Small, and Testable (INVEST), and include clear, measurable criteria for successful completion.
  • identify user roles, develop effective personas, and understand how Product Goals guide decisions.
  • split large stories using five proven patterns.
  • write effective AI prompts to generate, validate, and refine stories more quickly.
  • facilitate refinement sessions and prepare stories for Sprint Planning with confidence.

Note: If you are taking this course as part of the Agile Certificate, it is strongly recommended that you take Agile Fundamentals before taking this course.
