University of Minnesota Autism Diagnostics Training Program
Description: This 2.5-day ADI-R Advanced Training is for specialists in autism who plan to use the ADI-R for research purposes or want to further their clinical skills. The requirements for attending ADI-R Advanced are to have practiced the ADI-R before coming to the training and to have read the manual. The goals of this workshop are to provide hands-on experience in administering the ADI-R, detailed instruction and practice with coding, and information on appropriate use and interpretation in research. With guidance from an experienced ADI-R trainer, trainees will administer parts of the ADI-R to volunteer caregivers of people with autism. Detailed discussion on scoring of the ADI-R follows the practice administration. Trainees will be given instructions on next steps for achieving research reliability.
There is an option to submit post-course reliability checks within a year of the workshop for $800.00 per video.
