Description

This foundational course explores how individuals and communities may experience our University and other institutions differently due to bias, discrimination, and other enduring impacts of historical identity-based oppression.  The course aims to equip participants with strategies to create learning and work environments that acknowledge these realities while strengthening engagement and belonging for everyone. Learners will explore how including individuals with a variety of identities and life experiences can serve as an asset that enriches our collective life.
