NEW! Educational Field Day for Recertification Credit

Who qualifies to attend and receive recertification credit?

  • Private pesticide applicators whose certification expires in 2026 can attend one of the field days to fulfill their recertification requirement.

  • Attending a field day in 2025 allows eligible applicators to avoid attending a workshop of taking the exam in January or February 2026.
  • If certification expires in a different year, applicators should contact Tana Haugen-Brown, thbrown@umn.edu or 763-260-4423 to confirm eligibility for recertification credit.

Cost: $100 (includes lunch and refreshments)

Interested in attending for educational purposes only? Private pesticide applicators and others can register at a reduced rate of $50 (no recertification credit). Lunch and refreshments included. For a discount code, contact Sally Raymond at nels9091@umn.edu or 612-626-2237.

NOTE: New applicators or applicators with expired licenses are required to take the exam to certify.
