CWTA X310 - New Supervisor Training
Description
The four sessions in this course offer new child welfare leaders a comprehensive and integrated learning experience that builds essential supervisory knowledge and skills. Through a combination of instructor-led and self-paced training, learners will develop supportive supervision strategies that emphasize values-driven leadership, cultural responsiveness, teamwork, and staff well-being. Educational supervision content will strengthen coaching, communication, and professional development practices to foster continuous learning and reflective practice across teams. Administrative supervision training will cover policy, conflict resolution, performance management, and change management, ensuring supervisors can confidently navigate organizational responsibilities while reinforcing trust and accountability.
