CERT X482 - Program Strategy and Change Management
Description
Guide complex initiatives and drive long-term results that advance program and organizational priorities.Outline
Program Strategy and Change Management provides a practical framework for connecting day-to-day project execution with broader organizational priorities. You’ll learn how to define clear program outcomes, set measurable objectives, optimize resources, anticipate risks, and align program work with long-term strategic goals. The curriculum also explores how organizational change shapes program design and how to adjust plans, processes, and expectations as priorities evolve.
You’ll examine the systematic steps involved in developing a comprehensive program strategy, one that links multiple projects into a single, cohesive organizational objective. The course emphasizes selecting and applying strategic planning tools and frameworks that allow for programs to remain flexible, responsive, and aligned with organizational needs. Throughout the course, you’ll examine how intentional planning, risk mitigation, and adaptive decision-making help build programs that are resilient, future-focused, and capable of delivering meaningful results over time. By the end of the course, you’ll understand how to guide programs through uncertainty, maintain alignment across teams and stakeholders, and support meaningful long-term results.
