Description

Develop leadership, communication, and influence skills to manage stakeholders, navigate complexity, and move program work forward.

Outline

Program Leadership focuses on equipping learners with the essential interpersonal and leadership competencies required to navigate the complexities of program development and successful execution. The curriculum dives deep into practical strategies for influencing without formal authority, a critical skill for program managers working across diverse teams and organizational hierarchies. Participants will explore techniques for effectively managing complex relationships, strengthening their overall leadership presence, and building team capacity through practical coaching and mentoring practices.

Learners will actively practice fundamental skills such as conflict resolution, principled negotiation frameworks, and impactful storytelling to move work forward and manage stakeholders effectively. Furthermore, the course emphasizes developing expertise in creating persuasive presentations that communicate program value and secure organizational buy-in. Upon successful completion, participants will have strengthened their ability to lead with clarity, empathy, and relationship-centered influence.
