Enterprise AI: Governance, Integration and Scaling offers a strategic roadmap for safely and effectively integrating AI across teams and business operations. Participants will explore essential governance frameworks and risk management strategies, tackling complex organizational issues such as data privacy, AI reliability and the crucial role of human oversight. By examining these core components, learners will build the foundational knowledge required to assess organizational risks and implement AI systems that are both powerful and secure.
Moving from theory to practice, the curriculum empowers professionals to actively design, evaluate and expand AI initiatives within their own workflows. You will learn how to structure strategic AI pilot projects, establish robust guardrails and implement human validation systems to support responsible AI use in everyday operations. The course also addresses the human element of technological change, equipping learners with the tools to navigate organizational change management and leadership considerations. By the end of this course, you will be prepared to support the cultural and structural adjustments needed to scale successful AI initiatives across teams and departments.
Course Outcomes
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- assess organizational risks and governance considerations related to AI implementation.
- design guardrails and human validation systems for responsible AI use.
- plan and evaluate AI pilot projects within organizational workflows.
- develop strategies for scaling successful AI initiatives across teams or departments.
- support organizational adoption of AI initiatives by addressing cultural and leadership considerations.
Course Format
This six-week course blends elements of asynchronous and synchronous components to provide learners with flexibility in project work, while also having face-to-face time with instructors and fellow learners via Zoom.
Each week learners will:
- attend one 90-minute Zoom, during which students will participate in discussions and workshop their project with the instructor and peers
- complete three to four hours of assignments or project work
Learners will be graded based on completion of assessed assignments/projects.
