CERT X498 - Executing and Sustaining Change
Description
Apply change resistance strategies and measurement tools to track adoption and business impact.Outline
The Executing and Sustaining course equips learners with the implementation planning and execution skills needed to lead change initiatives from launch through sustained results. Learners will explore change management resistance strategies for a variety of organizational changes while applying measurement frameworks that track workflow adoption and demonstrate real business impact. They will also explore how AI solutions can accelerate and enhance their practice, applying everything they have learned by building a complete, real-world implementation plan they can immediately put to use in their organizations.
Throughout the program, learners will design change resistance strategies tailored to specific transformations, including technology implementations, culture shifts and organizational redesigns. They will apply measurement frameworks to evaluate operational efficiency and demonstrate the business value of their initiatives. By leveraging AI tools and change sustainment strategies, learners will learn to drive lasting behavioral and cultural shifts that extend well beyond an initial launch. Ultimately, learners will synthesize these skills to develop a comprehensive, real-world change management plan that integrates the frameworks and structured approaches practiced during the course.
