Outline

The Business Intelligence Reporting course provides a foundational exploration into the principles and practices of effective business intelligence reporting and dashboard design to optimize business operations. Learners will develop the critical skills needed to interpret business needs and translate complex analytical questions into clear, accurate and impactful visual representations. By emphasizing the importance of data structure, audience consideration and analytical intent, the curriculum teaches learners how to select the most appropriate chart types and design visualizations that communicate insights effectively and support data-informed decision-making.
