Outline

Conflict is a normal part of everyone's professional and personal lives. Moreover, the way people handle conflict, anger, and criticism affects their work relationships and productivity. 

This course is designed to help you improve your confidence and effectiveness in managing conflict. Using self-assessment tools to identify your instinctive approach to conflict, you will develop strategies for responding to difficult situations and build valuable skills for positively resolving conflict.

 

At the end of this course, you’ll be able to:

  • anticipate, analyze, and diagnose conflict.
  • identify the factors that influence conflict.
  • manage confrontation.
  • control your own emotions.
  • recognize personal styles and interpersonal needs in conflict situations.
