Course fee includes:
- The curriculum, SHRM Body of Competency and Knowledge, and online resources
- Flexibility to log on to the Moodle site weekly, any time of day you want, no specified weekly class meeting time
- Downloadable podcasts related to curriculum
- Video and PowerPoint lectures
What is Moodle? Moodle is a web-based course management system designed to deliver online learning. As with any classroom, expect each module to apply different tools and techniques.
What do I need before I start? You will need access to the World Wide Web. Mozilla Firefox is recommended as your web browser for this program.
Participants earn certificates of completion from the University of Minnesota and SHRM, as well as 3.6 Continuing Educational Units (CEUs). To obtain certificates and CEUs you must login to your course site on a weekly basis, post weekly responses and questions in the discussion area, participate in chat sessions, and complete the majority of the pre-tests, post-tests, and the final exam.
