This includes learning about different types of projects, the stages of a project, and what interpersonal skills are expected of a good project manager.
This course also provides a framework for anyone who lacks formal training in project management, but finds themselves involved in a project as a sponsor, manager, or team member.
At the end of this course, you’ll be able to:
