Description

What is the history of so-called "right-to-work?" What are the possible outcomes in the Janus case, and what are their implications? How can unions survive and thrive in this aggressively anti-worker, anti-union legal climate? This class will introduce and examine labor law and labor history as they relate to right-to-work, and explore organizing tactics and strategies proven to work in open shops.
