Description

Reports of foodborne illness outbreaks associated with eating fresh fruit and vegetables is a reminder to all food handlers that contamination can happen anywhere along the food supply chain. Handle fruits and vegetables carefully to maintain quality and safety.

In this lesson, you will learn:
