Description

Learn the roles and responsibilities of the owner, Certified Food Protection Manager, person in charge and food employees to reduce the risk factors for foodborne illness. Explore how to develop and maintain a food safety management system including standard operating procedures, Active Managerial Control and HACCP plans to ensure food safety.
