Description

Change is certain. Buy-in isn’t.

Outline

When you get buy-in from your team or organization on a vision, idea or project you are more likely to have individuals support the work during implementation. Organizations that are good at change can quickly align people to new ways of doing things in response to opportunities or threats. Those that master it build resilience and an enduring competitive advantage.

ExperienceChange™ simulates the challenges of real-world change, without the real-world scars by providing learners with the opportunity to learn by doing. The simulation packs 20 years of change research and industry insights into a high-impact one-day course that leaves you seeing the world differently. Through careful application of change management best practices, learners build stakeholder buy-in and lead a company fraught with realistic change challenges to success.

  • Guide a team through a change initiative
  • Understand process for effectively managing change
