Festivals and events create community pride in what makes a place unique and special. The COVID-19 global pandemic has hit the festival and event industry particularly hard. Our course content is updated with the latest and most relevant materials in response to the pandemic.
How do you implement health and safety protocols? What marketing strategies will help you bring back an event? How do you manage an event’s financial health and sponsor relationships? Let’s explore the answers together, as you pivot, maintain critical relationships, and reset your events.
Throughout the course, you will develop a business plan tailored to your event, laying out the roadmap for your event to adapt and succeed.
Considering the financial pressure caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the Tourism Center is offering a special early bird rate to the Fall 2021 class: Register by September 17, and you will get $150 off, equivalent of 25% off, the regular registration fee. Six Continuing Education Credits (CEUs) are available to those completing the full course.
