Description

Identifying raptor species is a critical component of the rehabilitation process. Different species have varying management requirements, captive behaviors, predispositions to captive-related diseases and injuries, diverse flight styles and endurance needs, and particular considerations for release. This course not only provides you with key identifying features, but it also teaches you relevant species information pertaining to rehabilitation.

This self study is worth 0.75 self-reported continuing education credit.

About The Raptor Center:
