This EMT Refresher meets the National Component Requirements for National Registry of EMTs renewal. Due to the current pandemic the NREMT has suspended the limit on distributive education for the 2021 recertification cycle. As such, this course is completly online and asynchronous. Slides/lectures may be accessed, and you will demonstrate knowledge via exams and participation in online discussions through our LMS, Canvas. NOTE: This course is specifically intended for those recertifying in 2021. If you are seeking a refresher course, but do not recertify until 2022, this course may not meet post-COVID NREMT requirements.

As the course does not include in-person skills performance, if this is required by your agency, you will need to complete that portion through your agency.

Your registration here will register you for the Canvas program. You must complete all of the online education by the end of the course (December 11th, 2020) in order to receive full credit. Partial CE will be awarded to those who do not complete the course by December 11th, based on the sections completed.
