Transforming the 21st century workforce requires HR professionals to identify and meet our organizations’ anticipated talent needs. Factors to consider include  digital business models, economic and labor market conditions, future work trends, and other disruptions. Strategic Talent Management encompasses all stages of an employee life cycle including leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, diversity and inclusion, and coaching. This is a key process in organizations’ maximization and development of internal talent. Following this course, you will be able to:
  • Explain the importance of a holistic, integrated talent management strategy that aligns with your organization’s business goals

  • Analyze key issues influencing the implementation of an effective talent strategy with a focus on your stakeholders, processes, program design, and communication

  • Leverage current research, case studies, and participants’ real-life scenarios to generate practical applications for your future talent management decisions
