The University of Minnesota MIN-Corps program is proud to work with Launch Minnesota, an initiative of MN-DEED, to help early-stage technology entrepreneurs translate their innovations to a fundable, high-growth ventures. This webinar is a short-form guide to the Lean Startup (also called Lean LaunchPad) approach, a structured process to quickly assess and refine business concepts, thus avoiding costly mistakes and accelerating progress to market launch.

Learning objectives:

  • How to apply LaunchPad concepts, such as value proposition design, business model canvas and customer discovery
  • How to map the stakeholder/customer ecosystem to understand customer roles, requirements and decision processes
  • How to conduct interviews and observations in order to customers’ problems (“pain points”)
