Description

Trust may not be built in a day, but it can be lost in a second, especially in the current nature of uncertainty. Research shows that trust is closely correlated to positive benefits including increased efficiency and effectiveness while lack of trust results in redundancy, disengagement, and less creativity. As leaders in our work, community and personal lives, being able to build and mend broken trust is vital.

In this 90-minute session, we’ll dive into three kinds of transactional trust and their intersections with the three most common places where trust is built or lost. We’ll also explore the role of vulnerability, compassion and authenticity in mending and fostering greater, sustaining trust.
