Description

Ready to do a deep dive into current human rights issues in our world?  Interested in discovering tools to analyze human rights issues in your community and engaging your students to address them?  From an introduction to human rights and children’s rights to specific human rights challenges such as racial discrimination, this series will offer educators a foundation in human rights education and youth civic action. This series is for those committed to making a difference!  Series cosponsored by the Institute for Global Studies at the University of Minnesota, the Institute for World Affairs at the Univesity of Wisonsin Milwaukee, and the National Youth Leadership Council.
