Join the TLC as we dive into Emotional Intelligence: 2021’s Essential Skill.

The past year has left many of us exhausted, struggling and cranky. As leaders how do we hold space for our tired teams when we too are feeling burned out? Emotional intelligence helps understand our own emotions and the emotions of those around us. It’s key to leading with compassion, navigating critical conversations, and building resilience as a leader. As we move beyond the pandemic, cultivating a way forward with specific strategies to create greater connection is critical.

About the Course

This four week intensive exploration of emotional intelligence will help you find ways to become a more mindful leader as you refuel your energy while refueling others as well. Your registration includes a personal EQ-i 2.0® Leadership Report, a one-to-one debrief with a certified EQ-i Assessor, and access to four Zoom training sessions, all of which will help you increase self-awareness and identify specific areas of emotional intelligence to grow and become a more effective community leader.

The EQ-i 2.0® assessment measures one’s emotional intelligence around fifteen competencies grouped into five composites:

• Self-Perception
• Self-Expression
• Interpersonal
• Decision Making
• Stress Management.

You will receive an individualized EQ-i 2.0 ® Leadership Report which will help you learn how emotional intelligence impacts your ability to lead through four dimensions of leadership:

• Authenticity
• Coaching
• Insight
• Innovation.

The EQ-i 2.0® Leadership Report will compare your results against those of top leaders.

After you register, you will receive a receipt with instructions on how to take the assessment. You will be prompted to complete the assessment prior to the first session. Results will be shared with you and a one-to one debrief session will be scheduled as part of the first session.
