LTAP X531 - Core Temporary Traffic Control
Description
The Core Temporary Traffic Control modules cover key concepts and principles. The modular structure allows participants to select the topics that best match their agency’s roadway system and typical work activities.
These modules were developed with input from listening sessions held with local agencies, transportation partners, and private‑sector organizations whose employees work in or near the roadway. Their feedback emphasized the importance of providing training that is interactive, frequent, available in multiple formats and accessible on demand. This input guided the design, organization, and module content. These online modules also provide the foundational knowledge necessary for effective participation in classroom‑based temporary traffic control training.
