Refund Policy for In-Person Courses
Standard Refund Policy
If you cannot attend the training, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org at least five business days prior to the first day. You will receive a refund minus a 10% processing fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made within 4 business days prior to the first day of training.
In Case of Class Rescheduling or Cancellation
If Continuing Education (CE) reschedules the training for any reason, CE will contact you with the new training date(s). If you are unable to attend the rescheduled training date(s), you may contact CE at email@example.com within five business days of the new date to receive a full refund. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made within 4 business days prior to the new date of training.
If CE cancels the training for any reason a full refund will be granted to all registrants.
